Kodevibe VOF builds and hosts this website and the mailbox for Michelle. Kodevibe handles your data only on her behalf and only for that purpose.
When you send the contact or order form. We receive your name, your e-mail address, your phone number if you fill it in, your message and the artwork you ask about. We use this only to answer you and, if you want to buy something or order a commission, to arrange that. The legal basis is your own request and the steps before a purchase (article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The form sends your message as an e-mail to Michelle's mailbox. If the form cannot send, your own mail app opens with the message ready; it then goes through your own e-mail provider.
When you visit a page. Like every web server, ours writes a log line per visit: your IP address, the date and time, the page and your browser type. We use this only to keep the site safe and to find errors. The log is deleted after 14 days. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a safe website (article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Fonts. This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser then connects to Google, and Google receives your IP address. We use this for a readable, consistent design (legitimate interest). Google may process this in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. When you click "Inquire" on an artwork, your browser briefly keeps which artwork it was (session storage), so the contact form can show it. It is removed as soon as the form has read it.
We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.
The links to Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn only take you to those websites. We do not embed them here; on their websites their own privacy rules apply.
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit its use, to object to it, or to receive it in a usable file. Send an e-mail to contact@michelleamo.nl; you will get an answer within one month. Not happy with how we handle it? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
The website only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only Michelle and Kodevibe can reach the mailbox and the server. When something changes in how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top.

Als je het contact- of bestelformulier verstuurt. We ontvangen je naam, je e-mailadres, je telefoonnummer als je dat invult, je bericht en het kunstwerk waar je naar vraagt. We gebruiken dit alleen om je te antwoorden en, als je iets wilt kopen of een opdracht wilt geven, om dat te regelen. De grondslag is je eigen verzoek en de stappen vóór een koop (artikel 6 lid 1 sub b AVG). Het formulier stuurt je bericht als e-mail naar de mailbox van Michelle. Lukt verzenden niet, dan opent je eigen mailprogramma met het bericht klaar; het gaat dan via je eigen e-mailprovider.
Als je een pagina bezoekt. Zoals elke webserver schrijft de onze per bezoek een logregel: je IP-adres, datum en tijd, de pagina en je browsertype. We gebruiken dit alleen om de site veilig te houden en fouten te vinden. Na 14 dagen wordt het log gewist. De grondslag is ons gerechtvaardigd belang bij een veilige website (artikel 6 lid 1 sub f AVG).
Lettertypen. Deze site laadt zijn lettertypen van Google Fonts. Je browser maakt dan verbinding met Google, en Google ontvangt je IP-adres. We doen dit voor een leesbaar en gelijk ontwerp (gerechtvaardigd belang). Google kan dit in de Verenigde Staten verwerken, onder het EU-VS Data Privacy Framework.
Deze website plaatst geen cookies en gebruikt geen analyse- of advertentietrackers. Klik je bij een kunstwerk op "Inquire", dan onthoudt je browser even welk werk het was (session storage), zodat het contactformulier het kan tonen. Dat wordt gewist zodra het formulier het heeft gelezen.
We verkopen je gegevens nooit en gebruiken ze nooit voor reclame.
De links naar Instagram, TikTok en LinkedIn brengen je alleen naar die websites. We tonen ze hier niet ingebed; op hun websites gelden hun eigen privacyregels.
Je mag vragen om je gegevens in te zien, te verbeteren of te wissen, het gebruik te beperken, bezwaar te maken, of ze in een bruikbaar bestand te krijgen. Mail naar contact@michelleamo.nl; je krijgt binnen een maand antwoord. Niet tevreden over hoe we ermee omgaan? Dan kun je een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
De website werkt alleen via een versleutelde verbinding (HTTPS). Alleen Michelle en Kodevibe kunnen bij de mailbox en de server. Verandert er iets in hoe we met gegevens omgaan, dan passen we deze pagina en de datum bovenaan aan.
